Join URSI GASS 2026 - the XXXVIth General Assembly and Scientific Symposium of the International Union of Radio Science, held in Kraków, Poland from 15-22 August 2026

Fees are listed in euros and are gross amounts.

• Access to the Opening & Closing Ceremony

The Gala Dinner and lunch boxes are subject to separate fees. 

• Lunch box  - 20 EUR / 1 lunch box
• Gala Dinner - 130 EUR / person 

 

Accompanying person fee: 90 EUR, the fee includes :

• Access to the Opening & Closing Ceremony
• Welcome Reception
• Half-day sightseeing city tour of the city with lunch
• Free public transport in Krakow 

 

 

Payment 

Registrations and services can be confirmed only after receipt of full payment. All payments should be made in EUR and be processed through:

2. On-line payment including e-banking, VISA and Mastercard (Przelewy24 platform)
For on-line payment, VISA, Mastercard, (included in the registration form), please use the on-line payment gateway (Przelewy24). Payment only in EUR currency.
 

Payment Receipt / Invoices  

A payment receipt/invoices will be sent by email once the Conference Secretary has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.
Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.
Off-line registrations and requests of pro-forma invoices sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 19,00 administration charge
Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice is not possible. 
 

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretary by email to
ursi2026@symposium.pl. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
 

 ► Cancellation of conference registration

Each registration is valid only after the payment is made within 7 days of registration. Registrations not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled.

Refunds of the conference fee will be made according to the following rules:

Cancellation

• till  June 5, 2026 - 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded 
• after June 5, 2026  - no refunds will be possible 

Please note : Full refunds are not available. Plan your registration accordingly. 
 

► Cancellation of Lunch boxes and Gala Dinner 

Refunds of the amount paid for  lunch boxes or Gala Dinner  will be made according to the following rules:

Cancellation

• till  August  7, 2026 - full refund ( after deduction of a 10% service fee) 
• after August  7, 2026 - no refunds will be possible
